Project-Based Learning in Elementary Classrooms

This book, with nine carefully described model projects, gives detailed examples of how much math can be taught as part of engaging projects. Created with the elementary school grades in mind, these mathematics-focused units are classroom-tested and address the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics. Teachers will be able to adapt the provided PBL units for use in their own instructional settings and also design additional PBL units for their own use and for sharing with other teachers.
